How is the price possible? Alva LINK is purpose-built to do one job well: connect to energy hardware and optimize it. It doesn't include a touchscreen. It doesn't try to be a general-purpose smart home hub (that's Homey's job). It doesn't require a proprietary installation visit (that's 1KOMMA5°'s model). By focusing narrowly and designing for simplicity, we keep the bill of materials low and the value high.
