I have a heat pump, solar panels, and an EV charger. How do they all work together?

For example: It charges your battery on cheap overnight electricity, pre-heats the house before the morning price spike, routes midday solar surplus to the EV first (then hot water, then battery, then grid export), and discharges the battery during the expensive evening peak. Each individual device can't do this on its own — it requires a coordinator that sees the full picture.
