Yes. Each Alva Link connects to one energy asset via a direct physical connection (Ethernet, RS-485 serial cable, relay, or analog wire). This is driven by the hardware reality — your heat pump and your EV charger are in different locations and use different protocols.
The good news: the Autopilot subscription covers all Alva Link devices in your home for one flat fee of €4.99/month. Whether you have one Link or four, you pay the same subscription. Hardware scales with your assets; the subscription doesn't.
